Grace of Serenity Living, Inc. (GOSL, Inc.) was founded in 2002 with the mission of providing hope, safety and a sense of integrity for children who have started their lives with challenges not normally experienced by most children. The program is designed to meet the developing needs of males and females between the ages of 10 and 17. Grace of Serenity Living is a therapeutic group home.

The Program Director or Designee of the management team shall determine the admission of clients/consumers to the facility. The potential client/consumer is encouraged to continue their education. GOSL, Inc. operates 24 hours a day to total 365 days a year. Intake for the client/consumer shall be by appointment only. If GOSL, Inc. does not have the space to accommodate a potential client/consumer, he/she shall be placed on a waiting list. This list shall be reviewed daily and the Program Director or Designee shall notify the referral source of any changes that may have occurred.

GOSL, Inc. shall review all referrals with a DES Representative and grant admission if the client/consumer is compatible with the current clients/consumers already in the program.

Once a client/consumer is accepted, GOSL, Inc. will follow the standard of care as set forth by this proposal and as directed by the DES representative. GOSL, Inc. shall provide a safe, clean and caring environment. This includes but is not limited to providing healthy meals, proper and appropriate accommodations, necessary transportation for all educational, medical and psychological appointments, and any other services requested by the DES referral or service plan (treatment plan).
